One of the amazing teachers from Body + Shine Wellness will be guiding this FREE all levels class–no experience needed to join in the fun.

Come early to shop an amazing selection of local vendors–we can keep your items on hold for you while you practice.

We will be practicing in the shady grass–bring your own mat or beach towel to practice on. It is likely to be pretty warm, so you may also want to bring a towel for sweat and some water to keep you hydrated.
