Meet Kate
Rune Exchange began as a quiet curiosity — a gift of Langstroth hives — and has grown into a thriving apiary rooted in community, sustainability, and reverence for the natural world.
What started as a personal journey into beekeeping quickly evolved into a deeper vision: to build my home and farm as a space that supports not just pollinators, but people too. Now in its third year, Rune Exchange is proud to distribute Real Texas Honey while actively working toward Master Beekeeper certification — a commitment to both craft and conservation.
We believe that tending bees teaches us more than just hive care. It invites us into a rhythm of reciprocity, patience, and purpose. Rune Exchange isn’t just about honey. It’s about building something communal. Something resilient. A living, breathing practice in land stewardship, mutual aid, and rural entrepreneurship.
This is more than a business — it’s a blooming dream of what life can be when we care for one another, and for the land.
